Crossbell was the site of the ongoing territorial conflict with two states: the Republic of Calvard and the Erebonian Emperor. The city has grown into a vibrant city-state that is now one of the significant economic centers throughout the continent.
Lloyd Bannings, who spent three years exiled from the town of Crossbell, comes back to his home town to carry on the legacy of his brother and become a part of the Crossbell Police Department. However, when he arrives the next day, he discovers he’s designated to the Special Support Section, a department which is new and handles the odd and small requests. His new coworkers including Elie MacDowell who is the grandchild of the mayor’s daughter; Randy Orlando, a womanizing ex-soldier and Tio Plato, who is a young techno-savant.
Lloyd and his team continue their struggle for a better city, even though their department is ridiculed by media. When they are doing this, however they gradually come in contact with the criminal corruption gripping their city. They don’t realize how deep the shadows around Crossbell City go…
